CONTACT
Contact the concierge: just chatting first is completely fine
You don't need to arrive with the pressure of 'definitely booking'. If you want the flow, the prices, or one small detail made clear first, send a text — the concierge answers every message personally.
How to reach us
- Text / call: +1 518-889-9185 (the most used channel, and the fastest reply)
- WhatsApp: +1 518-889-9185 (for international numbers, or if WhatsApp is simply your habit)
- WeChat: 518-889-9185 (add a note saying 'enquiry' when you add us)
- Email: [email protected] (best when you'd like to write your questions in detail)
- Messages are open 24 hours and answered one by one. Formal bookings are completed on the main site, where the full verification and confirmation process lives.
Private · Respectful · Deeply sensory
All you have to say is: “I need to be looked after.”
We will take care of the rest.
